Our Favorite Requests of The Week

“Hey Fin! My parents are coming into town next weekend, the details are on my cal. Can you reach out to my cleaners and find out if they can clean the condo prior to their arrival? Let’s also make sure there are fresh flowers in the bedroom. 💐 Thanks!”

→ Ask Fin to coordinate appointments and deliveries so everything is ready when your guests arrive.

“Fin, Can you email the team and see if anyone has any supply requests? Just consolidate the responses and use the corporate Amazon account to get it done.”

→ Ask Fin to collect items from your team and submit a bulk order to the office.

“Hey Fin. I need to pick up some shelving units at The Container Store. Can you add a block to my calendar after work sometime this week? Has to happen before Friday. Thanks!”

→ Ask Fin to find time on your calendar so you don’t forget to prioritize the things you need to get done each week.

“Hey Fin, I’m out sick today. Can you let the folks in the 10am meeting know then find us a new time to meet on Tuesday?”

→ Have Fin update the team next time you aren’t feeling well and coordinate with the group to reschedule your meetings.

“Fin, can you see if there’s any availability at the nail spa around the corner for me and my colleague to get two pedicures during our “lunch” meeting? If so, book them but don’t update my calendar. 😉 Thanks”

→ Use Fin to add a little something extra to your “lunch” meetings without having to make the call yourself.

Cool Things Fin Learned About

TimeFlip is a tool in the shape of a dodecahedron that allows you to track your time spent on different activities. Each person programs their device using different stickers that represent different activities. When you’re ready to start tracking, just flip the icon of your current activity upwards. The data will sync to your phone via bluetooth and can also be accessed by computer. If you’re interested, ask Fin to purchase one for you.

If you like brunch, you probably don’t want to miss out on BrunchCon when it lands in your city. Tickets include a bottomless mimosa and bloody mary bar, bites from 30+ local restaurants, games, and music. You’ll just have to take your own Boomerangs. 🥂👯 If you’re interested, ask Fin to grab you a pair of tickets and add the details to your calendar.
