What is Remote Working?

A work arrangement in which employees do not travel to a centralized place of work. Remote working is a way of organizing and running a business. It allows employees to work at home or in an office that is not located close to their employer’s office. Remote working is beneficial for companies and employees alike. Employees can work from home and spend more time with their families, while employers save on office space and reduce overhead costs. The practice of remote working is also becoming increasingly popular in the digital era when many people prefer to work remotely rather than commute to work every day.
