What is Percentiles?

Expressed as Pnn. You may see P50, P80, P95, etc. values listed on different charts. These represent ‘X-th Percentile’ according to the respective data lined up from least to greatest value. For example, an Outlier Case is a P95+ case. This case is in the 95th (or higher) percentile of cases according to the True Handle Time for that case compared to all other cases in a given time frame, from least to greatest; in other words, it took a really long time to complete the case.
