Today Fin builds a platform that reveals how agents work across SaaS applicants, providing companies with unique insights to improve training, workflow, and technology.
Cummack discussed how Fin has helped its customers, including Airbnb, Coinbase, Flexport, and Opentable, realize CX ambitions and optimize customer support and operations teams. One recently launched platform is “Fin Experiments,” which allows operational managers to A/B test process improvements and consequently use data to determine the best way forward for larger-scale implementations.
